2022 Annual Meeting Thursday, April 21

Member Notice: This year’s annual meeting will be held April 21st, 2022

When: Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 6:00pm

Where: Willie & Red’s in Hagerstown, IN.

Tickets: Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at the credit union or by phone. Tickets cost the following:
Adults - $11.50
12 and under - $8.50

Nominations from the floor*

*As outlined in the WRFCU bylaws, the Nominating Committee for the credit union is responsible for nominating at least one candidate for any vacancies on the board of directors.  The membership may also nominate candidates for the board by petition – the requirements for making a nomination for the board were made available to the membership in advance on wwrfcu.org.  The credit union did not receive any nominations by a petition from the membership this year.   

Election of Officials

There are four vacancies on the board of directors. The nominating committee has nominated the following to fill those positions:

  • Connie Chandler

  • James Lakes

  • Herb Geiling

  • Mary Telker

They were contacted and have agreed to serve if elected.   Based on poll results the majority vote is yes - and board of directors’ roles will be filled as noted.
